The Blessings of Laylat al-Qadr
The Blessings of Laylat al-Qadr
Laylat al-Qadr, known as the Night of Decree, is one of the most blessed nights in Islam. Occurring in the last ten nights of Ramadan, it is a night when the Quran was revealed to Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). On this night, Allah’s mercy and blessings are abundant, and prayers made during this time are accepted. The Prophet (PBUH) mentioned that worshipping on Laylat al-Qadr is better than a thousand months of worship. It’s a night for reflection, seeking forgiveness, and making supplications for guidance and peace.
Muslims believe that this night holds immense spiritual significance, providing an opportunity to cleanse one’s soul and seek closeness to Allah.
